When I got pregnant, I started doing lots of research. Research on everything pregnancy, postpartum, and baby related. This led me to a couple of accounts on Instagram that were very informative! I would like to share those accounts with you today and tell you a little bit about why I love them!
Mommy Labor Nurse
This Instagram account is run by a mom who is, you guessed it, a labor and delivery nurse. This Instagram is great because she provides so much information on what to expect during labor. Not only that but also on pregnancy and postpartum.

Posts like these are the reason this Instagram is invaluable for pregnant women / new mothers. No one else will show you these things. At least not that I have found at least. It helped give me visuals for what to expect and what to look.
Taking Cara Babies
Y’all! This Instagram has been so amazing! Just from the tips that she puts on her account, I have been able to conquer all the sleep issues I’ve run into with my little. Including getting him to sleep 7+ hour stretches starting around 2 months old. Just like the previous Instagram, she does offer courses to help with baby sleep. Though personally just by following the tips that she put posts, I was able to get all that I needed to help me navigate my baby’s sleep.

Most of these are from her Instagram stories. She shares great insight into baby sleep in her stories each and every day. All of her information is being shared with the science of a nurse and the heart of a mama so parents can reclaim the joy of parenthood.
