Recently I had the pleasure of taking maternity pictures for Kara and Chance. I’ve known Kara for years now and was beyond excited to have the opportunity to get some family shots of her and Chance before their little girl arrives.
Kara and Chance live in a beautiful area, so we wanted to take full advantage of the beauty that surrounds their home. We took to the fields and the trees surrounding their property for their session.
With the sunrise and the vibrant fall colors, we couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop.
This picture has to be one of my absolute favorites from our session. It shows just how excited Kara and Chance are about meeting their little girl in the weeks to come.
How sweet is this couple? I just could not get enough of them!
Just behind their house, was a hay field that I was just itchy to get into for some pictures. Thankfully Kara and Chance were all for it!
We took our time the hay field and got several shots. We even pulled out a baby book for them to read to their little girl for a bit to it.
The love they share and the love they have for their little girl just shines through is everyone one of these pictures. Even though it was freezing cold outside, all of us had a blast with these pictures.
During one of our breaks inside to warm up between pictures, I couldn’t help but get one of Chance loving on one of their cats. It was just too precious!
